Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) required a clear, accessible awareness film to guide residents during electricity outages caused by severe weather. We delivered a visually driven safety campaign that translated complex procedures into calm, step-by-step guidance using real-life scenarios, motion graphics, and bilingual messaging.

Pre-Production

The project began with stakeholder briefings to align on safety priorities, tone, and compliance requirements. Our team reviewed DEWA's official outage protocols and translated them into a clear narrative structure. Production
